I had ordered a tshirt from the website, but the product that was delivered to me was a different product. therefore I returned the product and initiated the refund process. I received a coupon from them which i could use. But when I am trying to use the coupon it says it’s invalid. I have tried calling the customer care many times but have not received any positive response from their side regarding my money.

i want my money back and want compensation for the agony i had to bear for such a small amount. moreover with the sale offers about to end I will have to pay extra to buy the same product (almost double) so atleast i should be compensated for that
