Micromax Mobile Issues Unsolved by Customer Service

i purchased one micromax mad(a94) hd handset on 16th april 2014. invoice no. 492 & imei no. 911343701699862 / 911343701699870. within 1 month of purchase of the handset, i started facing problem. i submitted my handset on 30/07/2014 at m/s the mobile care b-36 guru nank pura opp. v3s mall near maharaja bequett hall laxmi nagar, delhi-110092. job sheet no was n030666-0714-1118xxx. i was told that i will get my phone within 15 days but received after 38 days (8th sep. 2014). meanwhile i kept following but i did not receive any satisfactory response. again i started facing same restarting and heating problems.now on 30 nov. 2014 phone display got lost automatically. i have submitted my handset on 1st dec. 2014 at m/s the mobile care b-36 guru nank pura opp. v3s mall near maharaja bequett hall laxmi nagar, delhi-110092. job sheet no. is n030666-1214-13670999. and this time also they told me that phone will repaired with in 20 days. i tried many time to talk to the service center on micromax head office complaint no. +91-124-481xxxx & 1860500xxx. but my call was not answered for a single time. i wanted to raise this issue with the nodal officer of the micromax but service center not ready to provide the contact details. i wrote speed post 2 time (3rd dec. & 19th dec.) and many mails but i have get no response from micromax.

i wrote to the organization with following 2 options. 1. provide me new handset of same model no as a replacement of old one with 12 months warranty. or 2. give my money back
