I ordered a laptop (HP Pavallion 15-ab211TX Intel Core i7-6500U(6th Gen 15.6″ Full HD)) Paying Rs 27560/- on 28th February 2016. After waiting till 8th March 2016 I contacted ebay customer care. They informed me that a refund was initiated without my consent.

When I ordered the laptop from ebay similar laptops were available for purchase both online and offline markets. But now intended product is out of stock and unavailable. The product I ordered to be shipped to my address specified to ebay at the time of purchase as soon as possible.
