SnapDeal Sold Faulty Product – No Refund

I have ordered a Tomtom GPS Navigation system from SnapDeal with Order ID 12087 420194. But there is issue in that product. The touch pad is very slow and the graphic quality is not good, So i requested for refund my money.But now they are denied. They assure me that we will refund/replace within 7 day after purchasing. At the same time they also send me one defective item which is Intex health band with order ID:-12002734818 i have called them and they refunded me. Now for GPS Navigation device they said we can not refund/replace for electronic product at the same time they have refunded me for Intex health band. Also another product i ordered but seems that is used and packing is not good.They are also denied for refund/replace. The hight is all the 3 items which they sent me is defective. Please take a strict action against it.
