Received defective wall light (Jhoomer). After so many mails follow ups thy finally reverted to me after 20 days ebay saying that I have to ship back and they don’t pick up the product from my residence. How can they deliver the product but don’t have policy to pick it back if its defective? And if customers don’t agree and request for their support they close the case. Claim I’d 965396.
