he Times Group services given to me are either partial not as the told earlier before purchasing the service. My father purchased the services on behalf of me as i don’t have internet facility at my office. There sales person did not clearly explained whether the services were available separately ans sold us an expensive combo offer resume writing + resume distribution service. As the services were not yet provided i requested to cancel resume writing service to them on mail they told to wait for 48 hours for it to happen but instead they immediately activated the service within few hours and mailed me to contact the assigned person of resume writing team i requested them i have opted to cancel the service as the contacted me late But then after few days they sent me my resume edited without my concern for the necessary changes on mail or telephone they also used two mails to communicate creating further confusion on which to reply. Finally after arguing for hours they told me to wait for 3 days so that they could sort this out but instead i did not got any call or mail from them then they once mailed me that the called me and i was not available and did not contacted me any further. when i cheeked my mail today 4 July they have not cancelled resume writing service and marked it as delivered to me without any of my concerns. Further adding to it i even checked resume zapper one requested by me is has been activated but my resume is not available among the recruiters to find with job keywords in my resume but it was not there.

refund of disguised service INR 2100 or a complete refund of INR 3700 + phone calls charges.
