I ordered apple ipod shuffle from ebay on 9th sept 2014. I received a dead product and when i complaint about the product they said that it is under manufacturer warranty. Then i visited to the nearest apple service center to repair it. But apple service center said that it is out of warranty and purchased in UK 2 years back. So, i mailed the same to ebay for refund but they refused clearly to help me.

i want my complete money back of the product with compensation. Ebay is making fraud so take strict action against it so that in future other people will not suffer like me.
