Paytm E-commerce site Address: One97 Communications Ltd. B121, Sector 5 Noida – 201301 On 11/8/2014, I tried to pay my postpaid mobile bill through Paytm site. Bill amount was Rs.1123. My first transaction was failure. Tried second time, which was a success. Later they refunded me Rs.518 to my PAYTM Cash account. But when I inquired for remaining Rs.625, they are simply not ready to refund it. I have written over 30 mails to them, given them my phone number to contact me. But they are not ready to anything. Recently they sent me a “System Generated Mail” , which also states that they have my Rs.625 in credit balance. But when I ask them for refunds, they simply don’t agree! PLEASE HELP. YOU ARE THE ONLY HOPE NOW. Thanks Manu

1. I want my money back with proper interest 2. I want at least Rs.50,000 for the mental suffering they have given me, for all the pain I have gone through in past 50 days, for all the 40 mails I have sent them, & for the irresponsible replies they have given me!
