The ebay provides seller warranty, and when I call them for issues, the operator on the other end says wrong number, if these parties are not trustworthy why are they even being listed in the site. I want to sue the company for not addressing the customers so badly.

The phone touch is not working because of which no action can be taken on the phone. The phone screen soes not have any problem and there is just this display which gives me notifications for, calls, mail to which I have no access. It has caused me lot of stress

I want at-least the refund of 26,700 INR which I paid through ebay site + interest because of my monthly installment to credit card bank
