Ebazar.ninja Sold Defective Power Bank

I online purchased 20800 Mah PowerBank (MI Brand)from M/s. Ebazar.ninja, 46-47, Second Floor, West Gugu Angad Nagar, New Delhi-110092 vide their invoice no. OID126356 dated 02.07.2016. The product was delivery to me on 06.07.2016 through courier ‘M/s. Bookawheel’.

When I opened this, I found the product defective. Immediately I called on their costumer care no. 8010445566 and explained about the delivery of defective product. The representative advised me to lodge a complaint on ‘inquiry@ebazar.ninja’ alongwith the photos of the bill, defective product etc. I immediately registered my complaint on 06.07.2016 alongwith photos of the product, bill etc. as per the direction of their representative. The acknowledged my complaint by issuing a ticket no. 79499 on 11.07.16 by email. On 14.07.16, 18.07.16, I again sent an email regarding non replacement of my defective product. Suddenly I got an email on 21.07.2016 from the company with a message that my complaint closed without visiting my house or replacing the defective product. In response to their email, I again lodged the complaint on 25.07.2016 which was again closed on 29.07.2016. I again activated my complaint no. 79499 on 01.08.2016 but till date no response is received from the company. Meanwhile I tried to contact on their customer care no. 8010445566 about more than 20 times, but their representative attended my phone only 5 or 6 occasions. But my all efforts became unfruitful. At last, I have no option to lodge my grievances with you so that I could be able to get the fresh product in place of defective one.
