Reliance Jio Refusing SIM to Samsung Mobile Customers

Dear Reliance Jio It is very sad to see that being a reputed company, you are playing with people’s trust. I am using Samsung J2 , and I have the bar code that is needed to get the JIO SIM, but your Digital Store refuses to provide the SIM, if there is any problem with your app then you are responsible for it not consumers. I want an email stating that I am eligible for getting the SIM with the 90 days unlimited preview offer and if you can’t do that atleast add phones from other brands that range from 6000 onwards including mid range phone of Samsung, because there are plenty of phones that are better than your LYF phones
