I have booked movers and packer service from to transfer my car from Delhi to Bangalore . I have hand over my car to your executive on 15 July 2016 @9.30 PM . At the time of the handover, the executive requested me to mail them the RC of the car and was told that my car will be moved to Bangalore in 8 days(Commitment).(Nowhere informed that if I fail to mail the RC the car will not be transported.) Conversation for a car transportation was held for more than 15-20 days and here is the summary below: Next day early morning , I had my flight from to Bangalore so in this process I forget to mail the RC . On 18-19th July , I called to support number to get the status. Some one pick the call and asked about all the detail and replied normally that “it will take 7-8 days so call us after 7-8 days” As informed I called after 7-8 days , some one pinged my call and ask all the details and replied after 30 – 40 mins that “Sir , It will take 3 more days because container is delayed to be transported due to bad weather”. I called after 3 days to get the status – Some one pick the call and shared another number to be called on .I called on shared number and I was informed that “Sir, I am on leave and please call on the another number” . I again called to new numbers then some one pick the call and asked about all the details. After that he replied that “Still your car is in our warehouse . You have not sent the RC of this car so we have not sent your car in container . Please share RC on mail then we can transfer your car” . Concern is :- • Why no one call me from last 15 days from your company, when there was a mandatory requirement of the RC. • When I called 2-3 times to get the car status , why no one told me about this scenario . • Why was I informed that my car is on the way . • From last 17 days , I am travelling through OLA cab , who will reimburse me that amount .

My car was kept in the warehouse with no start and would have definitely got the battery discharged.- on 27 july , I share the RC and insurance copy .From 27 July to till date , i have not received any exact date . Every one is giving different commitments . 1 person says that today you will get you car , another says for 3 days , another for 5 days , another says that container has stuck in middle of road , another says container has been reached in bangalore , you will get your car in 4 hours . At last , No one is giving me the exact status of Car .Everyone is forwarding the issue to another level but still did not get any response . I have called around 80 times on 15-16 different numbers but No RESPONSE . I have sent mail many time to company mail id but NO RESPONSE . Today , one person is scolding me and doing misbehaviour with me . I have spoken with many people of this company But NO RESPONSE NO STATUS.
