I filed complain from no. 7566668265 complaint no. ERAI0205140009 on 1 May 14. till date they have not rectified complaint. they changed my fridge (50L) condenser, gas defrost panel. In total visited my home 3 times but every time they charged me(3700 rs) but not able to solve the problem. Now last 15 days I am trying to get in touch with these people they are not picking my call nor reverting back to me n giving excuses for this issue. I really looking forward you people to rectify my issue ASAP as I am facing serious issues because of this.

I want compensation of 10 times of what ever i have spend till date including my present fridge model cost + expenses done during days of non working of fridge + 100 rs. per day from occurring of problem.
