i have ordered online for two pants of Vangoh Brand for Rs.718, against order no.12612101, on 03-04-2014 and received the product on 10-04-2014. after opening the package i have noticed that one of the pants is not having a hook and can not be used apart from small fabric damage. immediately i have requested for return of the product along with photo and revert my money to my credit card account. they have arranged the pickup on 08-05-2014 after repeated requests. Mr. pradeep from shopclues has called me on 15-05-2014 and started behaving rudely and blamed me that i have removed the hook. this type of behavior by customer care of the company is unwarranted and caused immense hurt and anguish to me and damaged my reputation. i have purchased more than 130 products from this company and never faced any problem. since the customer is away from the company and payment is received by the company they are behaving in this manner. i request the CORE center to pursue the matter with the company to return my money with damages for the hurt and anguish caused by the company customer care.

Return of my money back and damages for Rs 2000/= towards the false allegation made, disrepute, hurt and anguish caused to me.
