Electrolux – microwave lever problem of door poor service by centre

I have purchased a microwave oven BILL NO SH/1074/13-14,,dt 17/06/2013 from RAIPUR ELECTRONICS. and on 05/12/2013 the oven got lever problem of door…filed a complain on 06/12/2013.DOCKET NO EKOL0612130004..till date yet to resolve due to unavailibility of spares….every time customer care says the status is pending..how long it will take to resolve..THE MECHANIC VISITED TWICE..ONLY SAID WE CAME TO CHECK THE OVEN’S PROBLEM AND WILL VISIT SOON… irritating…-

they should replace the door lever/entire door as soon as possible…as i was ready to pay for the parts/spare
