Our Registration No is 9909929333 We Purchased Washing Machine from Vijay Sales in April 2012.From the second day we faced lots of issue regarding Noise and Internal Tub Touch with Body and Crate heavy noise while spinning. we booked complained and all the time engineer came and give us a solution like change stand or Motor Issue or Rubber issues…. All the solutions given by the engineers are not actual its totally time pass… I had talked with Workshop Guy Mr. Vatsal and after repeatedly followup with him, he told that its company fault and for that we have to change the machine tub but still issue not solved… Also charged 400 Rs charge for transportation from my place to workshop which should be free as per the warranty rules… i already explain all the issue and my case with customer care executives and he registered complained also.
