I had done registration of My brother Peeyush on a Matrimonial Site Bharat Matrimony.com. After sometime I started receiving calls from a lady Shefali from the so called Matrimonial firm Empire Shadi, exclusively ran by Jain samaj of MP. Initially they use to provide me with the matches with photographs and hide the contact details through e-mailing me and subsequently called me to provide the registration fee of Rs 3000. She used to call me 2-3 times a day frequently. Initialy I refused but she was still sending me the profiles of matches for my brother and by calling she persuaded to deposit registration fee and said that its life time membership and will continue till the marriage occurs. On 12th March I deposited the Money in their account NO 6900002100000583 of PNB Bank in the name of Empire Shadi.com in Panagar, MP. Since that day she stopped calling or e mailing. Kindly ban the organisation, how can a BAnk can open an account in name of a fake organisation. Even at the time of originally registering with Bharatmatrimony they assure consumer to keep their data entirely private. So how come the data was leaked to Empireshadi and they come to know about our need.

When I tried calling, her phone was switched off . I called the so called helpline number . initially somebody else picked up the call and said Madam is on leave and said we will provide u with some more profile by evening. I did nt received any profile. I again called them. At that time call was picked up. I asked for Shefali, she said she was not Shefali and said to call to customer care as Shefali was still on the leave. I said that they have said me to call to you directly. That lady said then let me talk to them and will call you back again. Since then her Phone is switched off and customer care people are saying do whatever you want to do. I suffered from a loss of Rs 3000 on account of this and also my family personal data has been leaked and we are now susceptible to may more such fake organisations.
