I booked a flat in Project The Kove unit number LD1. I was told and also written on the provisional offer letter that it will be delivered in 42 months . But as on 4.4.2014 the construction status is hardly 10 percent and it appears that it will take another 3 to 4 years . I can not afford to live on rent and pay EMI I requested for cancellation if they can not deliver on time, they replied that they will deduct 10 percent .

I have difficulty to pay rent and EMI at the same time. I already requested Axix bank on 31.3.2015 to increase the tenure to reduce the EMI. I will end up paying lot of interest and rent if the flat is not given to me on time.
Amount i have paid. And the interest i have paid to Bank for the loan. worst case i should be returned my money without interest amount. But not with 10 percent deduction.
