We have already given the STOP request to Ms Mallika Ghosh just after (after 4 days of issuing cheque amounting to Rs. 5057/- of HDFC Bank), receiving the call from the collection boy, JD Executive Mr. Pratanu Mallick that JD unable to process the cheque and ECS due to non signing the ECS Mandate. In this regard, we have intimated the case to Ms Mallika Ghosh on that particular day and she accept our STOP request over the phone. After that on 26.02.2015, the cheque amounting to Rs. 5057/- hit my account and returned due to insufficient balance. Again we had a talk with Ms Mallika Ghosh and she again said “SORRY” and acknowledge that ” I will manage the case”.

AGAIN on 26.03.2015 (today) the first ECS of amount to Rs. 1685/- hit my account and returned due to insufficient balance. SO I NEED CLARIFICATION FROM YOUR END. How ECS debiting from my account without signing ECS mandate? IT IS TOTALLY ILLEGAL. Just now we have received the call from Mr Pratanu Mallick. He was saying that Ms Mallika Ghosh did not intimate us about such serious matter and so everything happened. SO WE WANT IMMEDIATE ACTION ON THE MATTER. PLEASE STOP ECS IMMEDIATELY. WE WANT PHOTO COPIES OF ALL DOCUMENTS FOR SIGNATURE VERIFICATION SPECIALLY ECS MANDATE FORM. Why and how Just Dial debiting Rs.843/- from my account on 04.04.2015 after cancellation of the contract? I want to stop the contract and ECS as well. Overall I want my money back.
