1) The above company M/sADEL Landmarks Ltd Previously Known M/s Era Landmarks Ltd ,has allotted a housing unit no-CSM/T-6/0103 against their allotment letter No ELL/MKTG/571/1103 dated: 30th January, 2012 after paying 25% of the basic value of flat on their housing project named ERA COSMOCITY 103 at Sector 103 Gurgaon Haryana. I have made the payment 25% which is RS.13,57,920.00 for their upcoming Project at Gurgaon Sector 103, in the name of Era Cosmo City-103, but now company is not issuing any builder buyer agreement as per them they do not have license for the project, and the license which they had acquired for this project from TCP haryana in the name of Identity Buildtech License no LC1562 Dated 12/04/2012 which they sold to M/s Ansal, the transaction is mentioned on M/s Era Landmarks Ltd balance shee tand now after regular follow up they are not responding, rather when we visited their office several times either their management left their office in shadow of their paid body guards or they isolated us in their reception area and called bouncers to show us their muscle strength. 2) Now After three year of waiting for the construction they are treating to scrape the project, if i go to buy this size of flat in Near by location then i have to Pay Rs 2000 Per squire feet extra that means i will be inure a lose of Appx 36 Lac rupee, due to the fraudulent act of Builder, please help me on this matter, company is using my hard earned money from last three year and at this moment they are saying that they do not have any this for me. 3) Me and My family literally saved every penny from our salaries to one day have our own flat and have been waiting for last 3.5 years having trust that the company will build my home for sure. Today, I hear builder is using various possible channels to reach customers to sign up for a cancellation and take money back after all deductions that they want to make and return the money on a negligible 7.5% interest that too in instalments… that really means I can never get my own home… which is simply crazy. I simply want my flat which i have booked, if Builder do not have any license for new project then he should relocate me to his other legitimate me project which he constructing on near by location and deliver the project on a real fast track basis. I request for your support in the matter on urgent basis.

I want my flat at the same rate and conditions, no extra commercial burden and a bank guarantee for delivery of the flat in a sensible fast track manner without compromising any construction quality. No further mental frustration.
