I have booked a Flat no J1701 with ERA Landmark in their Skyville Crest during Oct’2011 under subvention plan. I have paid Rs.93.4L. Till now even foundation of this tower has not started and unofficially it appears they don’t have funds to deliver as per schedule. No confirmed outlook for delivery. Flat details J1701, 3891Sq Ft, BSP @Rs.5166 total price rs.2.33Cr, paid Rs.15L on 5th Oct’2011 wide cheque no 276954 & Rs.76,16,534 wide cheque no 276688 dtd 7th Feb’2012.

Refund of complete money with min 18% compounded interest.
