Taking complete fees from me for the Health Card known as freedom- IHO- Indian Health Organisation . Never posted me the original card which caused many inconvenience in the last 2 months of medical expenses which i faced.From the last 2 months i called many times and they replied me that they will get back to me.Which never they did and a few days ago when i told my issue again and i told them that i will go to consumer forum they seems not worried and told they will get back to me. the last 2 month i have to bear many medical expenses which i need to be refunded.

I want back my fees charge plus the medical expenses i need to bear which i considered because of their card facility which they never gave.
