SUB: PREMIUM ADJESTED IN WRONG POLICY
Dear Sir.

I have deposited cheque against my Policy no. 893417320 on 20th Sept.2008 (bank letter and Back side of cheque having Policy no.) in Goregaon Br.-89H.

But in 89-H branch wrongly adjusted the Cheque against wrong policy no.893417302.

After having continuous follow up with branch and Lic –Division office from last 7-8 months. I still not get refund in my policy account. My policy is now in laps condition.

I also registered my complaint in net also but the problem is still there.

Now what can I do for recovering My Rs.5000 Premium plus Expense of last 7-8 month for following up with LIC

Please help me
