Rs 500 was transferred to said company whose online address is “oxicash.in” for top up on 4th May,2009. As per rule within 48 hours from the time amount is trasferred top up is done which TILL TODAY HAS NOT BEEN DONE .Complaint was lodged with said company number of which is 3423768 on 6th of this month BUT NO RESOLUTION PROVIDED.Company has been contacted via phone and email was also sent as reminder BUT NO ACTION HAS BEEN TAKEN.
