I have registered complaint on 22nd dec 2014 as my water purifier (Aquaguard Reviva) is leaking badly. After calling a couple of times guy came to check and he said he doesnt have parts so he will be visiting on 29th dec to replace the parts but when he doesn’t come till 30th i called him and again i got same response that part isnt available and after that have called so many times no one is responding to my complain. Even area manager Sushil Walde is also not responding. It has been more than a month and leakage is getting worse day by day but everytime i call to custoner care i got response that some one will visit by today evening or tomorrow morning but after a month also its all same.

Because of leakage aquaguard stand is rust and even aquaguard is also in bad form. And because of water got bugs in kitchen. Service with replacement of parts that is damaged because of this leakage/ replacement of aquaguard and stand.
