I have booked Indane Gas cylinder on 29th Dec. But till date it is not delivered. In between I called several times to distributor and every time he says it will be delivered in 2-4 days. I also logged complaint in Indian oil 2 times (complaint no.- 1757242- date-13 dec complaint no.- 1793999- date-19 jan) Today when I called to distributor, he said your booking is cancelled by Indian oil. Then I called to Indian oil and they said you have not filled form 4 that’s why your cylinder is not delivered. While I had submitted it on 31 DEC and I received confirmation message on 14th Jan that your account is linked to your bank. I again logged my grievances to then with complaint no- 1816764. Please look it to the issue as my cylinder is about to finish and It will create problem of food for me and my family. My consumer no with distributor is 16921. Please deliver the cylinder ASAP.
