We bought Eureka Forbes Vacuum cleaner from a sales man Mr Gauri Shankar selling it door to door, the model is Euroclean Xforce, on 17th August 2014. We were promised a brand new equipment with 25 years warranty as a Mother’s day promotion. The concerned person Mr. Yogesh who came the very next day for a demo found the wire to be defective and due to which the machine was not getting started so he promised us a replacement of the wire or if required the machine itself. though we used the machine for 15 days with great difficulty in starting the machine due to a defective wire we realized that nobody came from the company to replace anything. We have been calling and pursuing this matter since the last one month but no heed has been paid to our complaint. In spite of constant phone calls to Mr. Gauri Shankar we were only being given false hopes of prompt service. Finally we personally went to the sales office to return the product to Mr. Gauri Shankar on 7th Oct 2014. He again promised us delivery of the new product at home on the very same day. Till date the product has not been delivered. Only after we threatened them of going to the consumer court they have been calling us and offering the same old machine with a supposedly repaired wire. This too will not be delivered at home and we will need to go again to the same office to collect it. It has been two months of failure to deliver what was promised from Eureka Forbes and sheer mental torture.

Replacement of the machine with a brand new one with the complete functional condition. We will not accept the old machine with repaired parts because we have already waited for 2 whole months for the same.
