Vodafone Forced to Pay on Disconnections

i bought a new vodafone prepaid no which was changed to postpaid number alongwith 40 more numbers were bought for our employees.last 2 months the billing received on most numbers are almost 10- 20 times higher than average bills of last one year, subsequent to which vodafone started disconnecting connections and i was forced to pay rs 12000 whereas my avg monthly bill was to tune of rs 1000 since i had to retain my number.

excess amount billed on all numbers unnecessarily be cancelled as the same is not in order. the amount i had extra almost rs 12000 in last 3 months be refunded.
