I ordered MTS datacard online on 22nd of September 2014. I received data card on 30th and the delivery boy told me that you will receive activation message within 24 hours. I did wait for 3 days and called customer care and they asked me for MDN no. which is no where printed on the data card box or invoice. Further they told me to visit nearby MTS shop to get MDN number. When i visited MTS outlet they just denied to help me by saying that you have bought the data card online so they cannot help Anyhow I managed to get MDN no, now they are saying that your local verification is wrong, no one came for verification. They are making false statement everyday

I want MTS to return my money that i paid for data card as i don’t want their service. How i can recover my 20000 RS that i lost because of their negligence
