Sir, I have to complain against Shiv Shakti Enterprises Vikas Nagar Lucknow.(941551xxx) I have deposit 500 Rs. as initial amount for Eurekaforbes Aquaguard through company seller on 28 Aug 2014 as they had told they are Genuine franchise/Dealer of the Eurekaforbes company. But when I call him many time in 24 hours to cancel the booking and refund my 500 Rs,they deny and forcefully told me that you have to take product,amount would not refunded. As per your information there was no guidelines for non refunding this Initial amount. I am attaching here the slip for amount and his Visiting card for confirmation.

I want that they will refund my 500 Rs. with compensation amount for wasting my useful time and telephonic expenses at my door step where they had took money.
