Sir, I have given my mobile ( Nokia mobile number Nokia 208 ,IEMI no:356698054080461)to the nearest Nokia customer care (CRAZY INFOVISION at Golaghata road,kolkata) as my mobile was not charging.My mobile is under warranty period . I have made a complaint at CRAZY INFOVISION(Nokia customer care) on dated 13/08/2014.Attached is the screen shot of the complaint made at nokia customer care. Its being over 17 days now still I have not got my Mobile back from the customer care . Whenever I am asking for my mobile at CRAZY INFOVISION (outlet of Nokia customer care) I am not getting any positive response. Kindly look into this matter and replace my mobile .
