Eureka Forbes – Water purifier not delivered no response

I ordered 1 water purifier through Eureka Forbes tele-shopping helpline (number:-093398xxxx. Option 1 for sales) on 16 May 2015 and it was committed that it will be delivered within 7 calendar days but it has not been delivered still. Also, despite daily follow-up calls, no-one is telling me the current status or expected date of delivery for my product. I am feeling very helpless. Please help. I have all the proofs with me.
