I had ordered Samsung power bank from askme site. order no. ab2724506. but after that there is no action from their side. i had sent two messages to know the status of the order at their ‘help mail’. still no reply. i still did not receive the item,even after 16 days. even after contacting their help mail twice, there was no action from their part. this forced me to send a message which resulted in a call from them assuring me of immediate dispatch. after that, i received a message saying it will take 10 working days for the delivery and hence to wait. but now, it has been more than 30 working days and i am still no closer to receiving the item i paid for.
refund the money
