Hello Sir This is to intimate you that we have order one mobile phone of Carbon company online through Paytm as a service provider.After recieving the courier i casually keep the pack product in my shell and pay 3855 Rs to courier service.The next dat when i met my small brother for whome we purchase this Mobile and share it in same pack condition and the moment he open it we all get surprise as it was not a phone it was a Stone of same size .This is a big cheat and fraud.I fell like hell infornt of my relatives.

Sir i need my money back and a penality should be on them which they should bear to realize what they are doing in terms of customer service provider
