We have a water purifier of Reviva make sold by Eureka Forbes, which is under AMC. We have contacted the service franchisee of Eureka Forbes, M/s Hari Indra Services (contact no. 9811974419) on 1st July 2013 regarding the problem of water overflow from our water purifier. As we didn’t receive any positive response from franchisee, we have registered a request with Eureka Forbes on 4th July 2013 (service request no. 8C0D67060). In between we also spoke to few official of Eureka Forbes for early resolution of this issue. The issue could get resolved after 8 days with nos. of visits by technicians as per their convenience and replacement of pump and adapter as original pump and adapter went out of order due to incompetent workmanship of technician. The quality of replacements is also questionable as new adapter stopped working immediately after replacement whereas the pump went out of order after a week of operation. Now the machine is inoperable since the night of 15th July. This time again promise was made to service the machine by noon of 16th July but it was again not kept. Machine is currently not operating and we are buying drinking water. It is really very difficult to deal with Eureka Forbes as their service is unprofessional product quality extremely poor. The competency of technicians is questionable. It requires lot of time and innumerable phone calls to get the service done. They have extremely different attitude while selling AMC and providing the service. It indicates that Eureka Forbes is interested in making money from the sufferings of its customers

– Lapse in service despite of having AMC – Mental agony and time wasted on unnecessary follow-ups – Money spent on making numerous follow up calls – Purchase of drinking water from the market

– Cancellation of AMC and full money back-Rs. 4130/- – Compensation for time wasted in follow up-Rs. 5000/- – Money spent on purchase of drinking water-Rs.250/- – Money spent on calls-Rs. 100/-
