I had modular kitchen from Evok. In the Service Order, it was clearly mentioned that shutters will be supplied in”IVORY COLOR” lacquered Glass. However they supplied the shitters in :sparkling Beige” color which does not match with rest of the Kitchem.I have paid over INR4 Lakhs for this kitchen. During review in Janury they had agreed to replace the glass,however In spite of followup since then the glass have not yet been replaced. They now say that they will not be changed. I have picture of the glass supplied which cleraly shows the glass supplied is not as per the order.
