Excessive delay in delivery of speed post article booked on 16 april 2015 at 1435 hrs from colaba s.o. resulting in monetary loss of 550 rs and unnecessary physical and mental unrest to my aged parents suffering from hypertension.postal staff not providing any help to find out the article, phone numbers not being attended, staff at colaba post office not willing to accept the complaint of delay in delivery of booked article, saying they can do nothing.
