I had submitted my phone on 25 march , 2015 in Delhi (East delhi- nirman vihar branch micromax off) for repairing…They said that they will return back my phone after repairing in 4-5 days.. After that they said that you phone will be given after 20 days cozy your phone has gone for repairing in repairing factory.. I am seriously very angry.. my phone still has not given back..they said they will take 30 days. n seriously not such issues in the phones .charging point n front camera is not correctly problem.. After almost 35 days I had gone To customer care for my phne , They gave my phone back n said your mobile has been swapped due to technical reasons, After that on that place i Checked my phone , the touch was not working of that swapped mobile., I don’t understand, why they are giving unexpired cell after swapping n so many days n After dat they again submit cell, said they will repair that swaped phone, give swapped mobile phone back after 7 days.. How can i believe, that the swapped phone will be allrite .i also complaint to customer care of my cell, n i don’t get no resolution. Please take any action

I seriously want my old cell phone back n some solution cozy on daily every consumer daily face the same prob as i facing..Pls take Some action.
