Airtel – Customer Treatment Billing Related Issue

Recently there is service request is raised for billing related issue. And it got closed with a comment that charges are correct. So i was asked them to inform everything on mail id with a excel sheet containing everything explained is in detail. So i was not been informed the same. And today i.e 29/04/2015 called customer support to know the closure comments of that particular request. They unable to track first and after that they said that they found. So i was unhappy for the same due to they were not been informed me on mail id which is registered with airtel. So again i asked the customer service officer to raise a service request for the same. He said this time it will be complaint for that he asked me to wait 4 working days to know the status of the request. And he said he lodged a complaint and send to the backed team. I asked him to provide the service request number he was giving a interaction id. There is a much difference between a service request and interaction id so i asked him again to provide a service request number. So put me on hold for a long time and told that supervisor is not available this time so cant provide the same.but still i asked him for the same…for Thar he again kept me on hold and he disconnected my call from his end. After that i called 2 times to the customer service center again they were proving wrong information to me. They are not even allowing me to explain the issue. And these are the points am explain down to make me feel very shame, bad and cry. * wrong information *no solution * they are telling am not a good listener so for that they are imitating the sound of COUGH on call, for this i was literally cried. *many times i called with out asking me they put me on hold , abd they disconnected my call.they think that i am fool to call them. * they said i have every right to lodge a service request but the same was not taken by them. * they were not allowing me to speak and infect they are telling my communication towards them it is not good. * i have told them to lodge a request for a different , they raiser it for one that they are telling but fir that also i have not received any sr number to my mobile number. *they forcibly asked me or telling me that they were arrange a call back which is not guarantee confirming. Finally i was treated very poor and illiterate for the issue.

So as they are insisting me that i am an illiterate person whose listening skills are very bad for that improvement of all those things pay me rupees of 10000000(one crore rupees only)and also sorry from their end for damage my personal feelings.
