Snapdeal – LG – Misleading Customers Installation

I have purchased LG 42 inch LED TV model LG42LB5610 online from snapdeal on 19.04.2015 and paid by credit card. It was written on Snapdeal website that installation and demostration are free by LG and on receipt of product , LG on thier toll free no is to be contacted. When I did the same when I received the product LG has informed me that recently they have changed policy and now installation and demo are chargeable. I contacted Snapdeal for giving wrong information on website. On 27.04.2015 when I telephoned their customer service no., It was confirmed that installation and demo are free and they will take up the matter and resolve. Instead of solving my complain Snapdeal corrected their website on 27.04.2015 and removed ‘FREE’ from it. I telephoned and emaiiled several times and i am given assurance that they are looking into the matter and will come back to me. I could not get any reply and every time only I have to contact SNAPDEAL. This is a clear case of misleading customers. LG also cannot raise their hands by informing that thay have changed policy. They should ensure that their sales partners follow their changed policy and inform customers correctly. I hope my complain will be taken up by your goodself. Snapdeal who claims that they are largest online shopping portal, cannot cheat customers like this. They advertise that dealing with them is ‘DIL KI DEAL’ but it is ‘DIL KA DARD’ for me. SNAPDEAL should get FREE Installation and Demo through LG service team as promised on their website on the day I purchased the product
