Purchased new mobile HTC Desire 700 last year,was a faulty handset ,given 3 times for repair to company service center within the warranty period for the same fault. company was unable to solve it ,in addition the company lost my handset while sending it back to me ,I have asked for a new handset of the same price ,as that model has been stopped but company not giving any assurance and delaying the whole case. handset was last deposited to company on 9th march 15 for repair. Company policy- same or one higher model, but now the next higher model is available in market at less than the price I have paid for my handset(Rs22000 appx) so the replacement should be on the actual cost basis and not on the model basis. please assist as soon as possible. thank you
a new handset of same price i.e Rs 22000 appx not on the basis of handset model…. at present the next higher model is available at price less than I have paid for my handset
