I have purchased an EXIDE battery on 02.05.2013, Invoice no: 075. After 3 months battery started creating problems. It was not getting charge properly because battery water leaking from it. On 22nd Aug-13, I have complained for it and your person comes to check the same and only remove the leakage water from the tray and said if the problem repeat again then the battery will change. After 1 day, leakage again started from the battery and for that I had again complaint but till now no one visited to check the battery. I’m continuously complaining in your service centre but nothing happened till date. I have trusted that Exide battery is good company but I did foolishness, buyed this Exide battery. I request you to please take necessary action on this and send someone to replace the battery. Your prompt action in this will be appreciated.
