Dear Sir,

I Gopalakrishna Bhat K bearing IRDA licence and code with Exide Life Insurance Co Ltd.Hubbali Karnataka. I recently joined to PNB Metlife Insurance Co.Ltd. Hubbali (karnataka) as Sales Manager.

Hence in this situtation, I approched to the Branch Manager of Exide Life Insurance Co.with required format,Documents,courrier receipts and fees of Rs.2000(cancellation fees). But, since 8 days he is postponing with some or the other reson to sign the papers. I have to submit either acknowledgement/NOC to my present employer (last date ws give 7th Feb.2019) as early as possible.

Insurance Co.-Exide Life Insurance Co.Ltd.

Kindly advice to issue NOC to Exide Life Insurance co’s Agency Management cell at the earliest and do the needful.
