Unable to Watch Videocon d2h service inspite of sufficient balance

Customer ID-122383314 (Jyotiraj Panigrahy) Sir, I have recharged Rs.600 on 22 Jan 19. Today (10-02-19/09.30 a.m) when I switched ON my product to enjoy the TV as today is holiday, I found my product showing INSUFFICIENT BALANCE. I don’t know what is wrong with Videocon d2h. Though my account balance is Rs.425 approximately, still i can not watch my TV. Then what’s the use of Videocon d2h service? I have not taken this connection to fight with you everyday sir. Tell me why you are disturbing me? What else you want from me? Please clarify your doubts. Thank You
