we booked a parcel from Bangalore to Shimoga and dispatched on same day 24 th december 2012. And the delivery boy in Shimoga has document that the parcel with order no16562 and tracking number HRD716117322 is delivered and received by T K devaraj, who is my father. but actually the item is not delivered and the signature is not of my father. as my father was ill and serious that time of 26/12/2018. this is disgusting. This will efface faith and trust on professional courier. we want that parcel again or request refund the same amount to us.
