Hello Sir/Madam, I had brought a life insurance policy from Exide life insurance dated 24th March 2015 policy number 03079667 from agent named Mr.Dinesh. He has lied to me that after the maturity period of the insurance I will be guaranteed with sum assured of Rs. 13,00,000.00 (Rupees Thirteen lakh only) + Fixed Bonus + additional bonus based on company performance. I agreed and signed the application form and paid the premium for the same. After a week i received the original policy in which the sum assured was Rs. 3,34,000. Also I observed few sheets/pages in the policy where my signature was forged. Specifically sheets where sum assured, maturity amount and calculated expected returns were mentioned. I spoke to the agent and his manager for the their misdeeds and initially they wanted to convince me saying i will indeed get thirteen lakh after maturity period. After i asked for detailed calculations and on papers they agreed it was calculation mistake and hence i decided to cancel the policy within the LOOKUP period. Also loged a complaint with company for signature forgery done by the agent. later i started getting calls from Agent Mr. Dinesh & his manager Mr. Vivek asking me to withdraw the complaint if not they will loose their jobs. They even agreed that they had forged the documents since it was month/year end and wanted to reach their targets. I disagreed to withdraw the complaint and waited for my refund of the premium. When i did not receive the refund within the time frame, the agent told me that I will receive the refund only if the manager processed it. And manager will process for refund only if I withdraw my complaint. My repeated calls for Exide Life insurance company only tell me that They will call me back within 2 hours , within 2 days and so on. Please help me in this matter

I just want my premium to be refund and punish the agent Mr. Dinesh and Mr. Vivek for forgery.
