Ezone online – Products not delivered poor service

Hi, I had placed a order for Lenovo Ideapad G50-70 (59-413719) (4th Gen Ci3/ RAM: 8GB/ HDD: 1TB/ Win 8.1) on 16-Aug-2014 at 2 PM through order no. 2114019 and have made a online payment while placing the order the website mentioned that the product will be delivered in 3-4 working days. After so many days of followup on 26th Aug they informed me that they will be shipping the product on 28th Aug and provided me with the way bill no. of Delhivery 87710076xxx since yesterday I have been calling them but they say that product have been shipped however on calling the courier agency they say that they have not received the product. When I call the customer care they do not have the answer and keep me on hold for 20-30 minutes every time. Every time they have some excuse like either there system is not working or they will give me a call back but in reality they never do call me back. In-spite of so much of delay ezone online never cared to inform me of this delay and it is me who only have to call them every time. This is nothing but harassing the customer once they have paid the huge money. I have mailed customer care no. of times but ave not received any respond from them. I have also filed a complaint vide no. 5072769 but no response on that as well

I want the product to be immediately delivered to me or the money to be refunded immediately.
