I have Given my Parx white blazer(size 96cm) for dry wash to fabrikare kukatpally office on 2nd week of June 2013. on the subsequent week when i went to collect the blazer, i noticed it was completely drenched with different colors, when i showed to Ramu(kukatpally branch person) he took the blazer back for reprocess(on 24th Jun) and subsequently they have done normal wash when they noticed that those colours were not wearing off.

I want a replacement, the blazer costs 4000 rupees. when there was a 50 % discount on this model, i have informed the manager, but even then they didn’t responded to me in time. Kindly do the justice, so that like me no one will suffer in their hands.
