I had to send a parcel from New Delhi to Jamshedpur,on the occasion of Rakhi. Hand send the courier on 14th August 2013, from the DTDC Franchise at Alaknanda market. The online status of my packet was showing delivered on 18th August,but it was not received by my family. DTDC Delhi gave us the info the parcel was with Sonari ( Ravi Complex, Kagalnagar) branch at Jamshedpur. when we enquired there they did not cooperate with us saying that they don’t have any parcel with consignment number “Z01603467”. They even mentioned that they don’t maintain any records for the shipments received and delivered. Then we found that the guy delivered the parcel in wrong address,a flat below the flat mentioned in the address. When we tried to confront that, the guy misbehaved with the ladies in the house by abusing with awful slangs and also threatening to harm if found alone. This is the 2nd time i am facing such pathetic experience from DTDC and i am looking forward to take a strict action against the company. The Courier was from Ritu Banerjee(New Delhi, 9654562692) to Abhishek Banerjee ( Jamshedpur, 9031707480). Consignment Number : “Z01603467”.
