Micromax – Defect in product and Deficiency in Service

I had purchased Micromax Canvas A116 HD on 18.04.2013. After 3 months When i plugged charged it was not charging, while the charger was ok there was the problem with my mobile and without charging my mobile got switch off, on 13.07.2013 i went to Micromax service Center at Satyam Comunication J – 34, Sector – 18, Noida – 201301, they took my phone with battery and told me to take 15 days for its repair. Its Jobsheet no. / Request No. was ” N040681 – 0713 – 4492612″. I did not get my phone back on their given time instead got unsatisfying reply. I filed a Complaint in Micromax Customer Care vide complaint no. MMX0108135139 on 1st August, 2013. the person who registered my complaint has assured me that i will get my repaired mobile within 10 days of registering the complaint, I called to service center and then customer care and got the same reply, that parts are still not available and we will continue to extend the time till the parts are not available. Till today 21.08.2013 my phone is not repaired, and did not get it back. i had mailed at service.superfone@micromaxinfo.com,and info@micromaxinfo.com but did not get any reply.

1. new handset of same modelno. 2. extend the warranty period of my phone in which my phone was lying in your service center. 3. cost that i incurred in calling and visiting service center and customer care. 4. compensation for harassment caused to me and loss of my work due to non availability of mobile.
